Our Massage Services
Therapeutic Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. DTM is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Ashiatsu Massage
If you've had thai before. Its similar, but a whole different realm. Deep feet follows the principles 16 & gravity. It allows me to give you a massage without pain afterwards. Stacking the the joints in correct alignment. Faster lymphatic drainage. Spine alignment after a few sessions.
It's similar to deep tissue . Allows me to get deep without the normal pain of deep tissue. Three key concepts. Clear continuous communication. Broad to Specific. Slow and focused pacing.
A minimum of 90Mins is recommended to get the whole body. Shorter is focused work.
Lymphatic drainage Massage
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.
Medical Massage
Life happens and you get hurt. Injury Rehabilitation massage can help. Whether it is static stress (posture issues,) Muscle Injury, joint dysfunction (misalignment of structures compromising joint,) Emotional/Psychological stress (trigger points, short tissue ect,) Chronic over use, Disuse (atrophy,) Muscle imbalance or Viscerosomatic reflexes (Dysfunctions of organs that lead to dysfunction of muscles; cramps ect.) This modality is for a specific injury case. It helps with pain, dysfunction of muscle, inflammation and to recover from an injury faster.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression
Cupping
Every injury, illness, surgery and toxic substance that the body has been  exposed to from conception forward may still be present in the tissues. • The intake of medication, acidic diets and high stress-no rest pace produce a  constant state of inflammation.  • Cupping therapy has produced amazing results in reversing the diseased  process within the body.  • Cupping works layer by layer in the body drawing out the toxins and bringing  them to the surface.
Using manual massage and the cups to relax and improve the lymphatic system.
The "bruises" are toxins being drawn from deep in the body. Once in the top of the skin the lymphatic system can effectively get rid of them. Like massage, there is light, and medium & deep. Marks are not required to effectively remove toxins.
Oncology Massage
Life throws a curve ball. Massage is here for you. Oncology massage is an approach to massage therapy based in both compassion and specialized massage treatments to help people manage their experience with cancer.
Review of the scientific literature indicates oncology massage helps improve quality of life.  Benefits include improved relaxation, sleep, and immune function as well as relieving anxiety, pain, fatigue and nausea.
Because of the nature of oncology each session is an assessment.
Note: medical history and WRITTEN doctor's approval before appointments
Pre/post-Natal
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is focused and systematic, targeting muscles that are used in a specific sport. It uses various techniques to decrease muscle painm and improve recovery, as well as improve overall range of motion and flexibility to support safe and effective movement.
A sports massage is different from a regular massage in that it addresses specific muscles or injury-related areas affected by the activity you’re doing. Regular massage therapy focuses on general relaxation, stress management, and pain reduction.
A sports massage therapist can assist with training, rehabilitation, and pre- or post-performance goals. While often sought by elite and amateur athletes, sports massage can also be beneficial for anyone who regularly exercises.
Redlight Therapy
Red light therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT) or photobiomodulation, is a treatment that uses low-level red or near-infrared light to stimulate cellular activity and promote healing. It's a non-invasive therapy thought to work by increasing mitochondrial energy production within cells, which can improve cell function and repair.
  • Mitochondrial Boost:
  • Cellular Repair
  • Reduced Inflammation
  • Skin Health
  • Wound Healing
  • Hair growth
  • Acne help
Sauna
A sauna session will allow your body to produce heat shock proteins, ones that are quickly created when the body is undergoing heat therapy. These proteins are made to rebuild muscle, which is important after a deep tissue massage. Post-massage sauna use may reduce soreness, detox faster and improve results.
Scalp Rejuvenation
Float into clouds and relax in a lay-down sauna with a revitalizing experience. Apple cider vinegar helps with scalp build up. Customized sugar scrub, depending on season, with essential oils to help with circulation and any other concerns. Scrub extends into arms, shoulders, neck. Then warm water fall to rinse and a light styler to keep you looking renewed and fresh.
